Haunted by the death of his father and other psychological traumas, Daniel (Roberto Scorza) returns to the home where he was raised. Faced with intense emotional scars, as well as physical -- which are realized by the years of self-harm depicted by the cuttings adorning his body -- he enters the bathroom to begin a journey of self-exploration, self-mutilation and quite possibly, self-enlightenment. Prepared only with three white candles and some crude instruments, Daniel attempts to beckon the embrace of the Goddess Ishtar (Flora Giannattasio) to assist him on his self-illumination. Beginning with a blade, Daniel digs into the palm of his hand, as deep crimson flows into the bathtub. 自残片，这种电影没有存在的必要。自己给自己剁屌，螺丝刀捅尿道，全身各种花样出血。知道是假的，但是配乐还有演员的表演还是很给力的，导致像真的一样，特别是演员坐在楼梯上哭，太真实了，抑郁症患者真的是这样的。原来还有美国豚鼠系列，还是给日本下跪吧。不好意思，给变态电影过度解读了
大家好我是牙套哥，我敢刀描手相电钻插脑门一字锥翘灰指甲大刀剁鸡儿，我就是这么勇，一切的一切只因我在书上看到关于重置性别的古老手术。我做到了并且焕发成为性感尤物，而本我则献祭给了腐肉清道夫的蛆。
四部里质感最好的一部，可惜不喜自虐电影，血浆很真实，不过男主疼痛呻吟的太假，影片时长刚好，喜欢最后一幕男主死在浴缸伤口生蛆……
倒没有拍得很痛 （但拔脚指甲盖的地方确实挺疼的 其他地方还好）反而很痛苦 幻想部分的镜头拍得很美 这就使得这部超越了一般的自残片 更接近精神疾病患者的内心世界 中途拍照即是纪念也是求救 男与女的转化 更像是在性别上完成新生 与精神本体的割裂
记录了精神病男子自残到死亡，全片虽然不长，但全程高能，看的生理不适，用刀割手腕和这部片子比那真的是自残中的小儿科了，用电钻钻脑门，用螺丝刀捅龟头再用刀切掉，拔指甲……最后失血过多死亡
4.5 嗯嗯，非常喜欢。是那种有恶魔的品行在里头的片子。有几个场景让我想起驱魔人里头小女孩对着下体自残时候那个笑容和凶悍的骂，非常可爱。氛围和配乐也很好，男主搓洗自己内脏的时候那个配乐非常肃穆。异教元素的加入又不同于1那种单纯虐杀片，1也有但是重点不如这个好。最后女恶魔浴血而出，完成转化，相当漂亮，阴茎的割除是血淋淋的状书。脑袋开洞那个内部视觉场景和山洞的转换也很好。
硬核自残cult片。献祭完成性别转换。其实大可不必。另外男主包皮过长的问题没解决，倒去绑了牙。女主乳房下垂严重，应该找个更好看点的胸……
搭配zc食用效果更佳 如果和撒旦来场性爱 那么我也如愿转性浴血重生 …太爽了…
1星给配乐，1星给画质，1星给演技。前14分钟无聊的铺垫，让人没有兴趣看下去
4.5。自残，跟射钉狂人，自虐狂这种一样的套路，绝对的血腥，绝对的cult。
是我见过最详细的指甲戏和鸡儿戏，我对这两种元素的耐受性都比较一般。
