Fanti (a combination of “fan” and “anti”, referring to extreme fans) marks Thao Tam’s first big-screen lead role. She accepted because she sympathized with the message of the film – about beautiful young girls who desire to assert themselves but have to pay a heavy price.

In this thriller drama, rising actress Nguyen Lam Thao Tam from 2019 hit Dreamy Eyes plays an Instagirl who is guided by an anonymous online fan to enter the film business but things start to go too far.
